Returns and refunds

Returns Policy:

This policy is subject to and forms part of our E-Commerce Terms and Conditions (“Ts&Cs”)

  • Subject to clause 9 of our Ts&Cs, our returns policy lasts for 30 days from the date you received the product. Unfortunately we can’t then offer you a refund or exchange after 30 days.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Please request a refund or replacement via email chris.blunt2005@btconnect.com Once your refund request has been received you will be required to return your faulty/unwanted product, you should mail your product to: Linear Fisheries Oxford Ltd Off the B4449, Near Hardwick Village,, Witney, OXF, OX29 7QF, United Kingdom. You will be liable for return postage on unwanted goods. Linear Fisheries Oxford Ltd will be responsible for refunding the return postage, only when the product has been proved to be faulty.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Alternatively a replacement product will be shipped to your address.

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We will do everything possible to resolve a missing refund as soon as possible.

Exchanges:
